Ingredients:
- 2 cups cubed peeled potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups frozen green peas
- 2 tbsp minced chives
Instructions:
- Saute potatoes in butter until browned.
- Stir in broth.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer, until potatoes are tender (10-15 min)
- Add peas.
- Coock 5-8 minutes.
- Cool a bit.
- Puree.
- Sprinkle chiives when serving.
