Salad:
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 1 cup of chopped onion ( 1 small onion)
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper.
- 1 cup of frozen peas, thawed
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 sugar
- 4 tbsp soya sauce
Served hot or cold.
