Rice salad

Salad:

  • 2 cups of cooked rice 
  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • 1 cup of chopped onion ( 1 small onion)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper.
  • 1 cup of frozen peas, thawed

Dressing: 

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 sugar
  • 4 tbsp soya sauce

 

Served hot or cold.
