Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breast (with base)
- 2 carrots chopped or grated
- 1 celery chopped
- 1 large oinion, chopped
- salt, pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
- bay leaf
- 1 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic
- 4-6 cups of water
- 1 stock cube
- small noodles (1 cup dry)
- Parsley
Instructions:
- Heat oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken and brown on all sides.
- Remove.
- all ll the rest except water, stock cube, noodles.
- Cook until softened
- PPut chicken bach.
- Put in enough water to cover by 2 inches.
- Add crumbled stock cube.
- Bring to boil.
- Recude and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add noodles.
- Cook for 10 more minutes.
