Ingredients:
- 1 brocoli
- 1 large onion
- 1 potato
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 cup cream (optional)
- 1 cup of frozen peas (optional)
Ingredients:
- Behead the broccoli.
- Peel the skinn off the stem.
- Dice stem, onions, potato.
- Saute diced vegetables in butter.
- Add salt & pepper.
- Add stock (2 inches above the veggies)
- Cok until stems and potato are soft.
- Puree potato and broccoli stem.
- Add the rest of the diced broccoli head.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Add cream.
- Heat on low.
