Ingredients:
- 1tbsp btter
- 3/4 cup rice
- 1 1/2 water
- 1 large onion
- 1 large can creamed corn
- 4 cups of stock
- 1 stock cube
Instructions:
- Cook Rice.
- Cook onion in butter.
- Once soft, add rice salt and pepper.
- Add stock, corn and stock cube.
- Coock for 10 minutes.
- Add water if too thick.
