Corn Rice Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1tbsp btter
  • 3/4 cup rice
  • 1 1/2 water
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 4 cups of stock
  • 1 stock cube

Instructions:

  • Cook Rice.
  • Cook onion in butter.
  • Once soft, add rice salt and pepper.
  • Add stock, corn and stock cube.
  • Coock for 10 minutes.
  • Add water if too thick.
