Hummus Chick Pea

  • 1 can of chick peas, rinced, dried
  • 1 tbsp tahihi
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder / 1 clove of minced garlic
  • lemon juice (1 lemon)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • roasted red pepper (optional)


Puree in food processopr.
